1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SmartBotScalper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SmartBotScalper provides an automated automated trading platform that connects to MetaTrader 5 (MT5) accounts via MetaApi. The Service replicates trading signals from a master account to your connected MT5 account(s) based on your configured settings.

The Service is a technical tool only. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or financial recommendations of any kind.

3. Account Registration

You must register an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription & Payments

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and features are listed on our billing page. All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes.

  • Payments are processed securely through Mountain Wolf
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice

5. MT5 Account Connection

By connecting your MT5 account, you authorize SmartBotScalper to access your account through MetaApi for the purpose of executing copy trades. You acknowledge that:

  • You are the authorized owner of the MT5 account
  • Your MT5 credentials are stored encrypted and are only used for trade execution
  • Trades will be placed automatically based on master account signals
  • You can disconnect your account and stop automated trading at any time
  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from executed trades

6. Risk Disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange (Forex) and contracts for difference (CFDs) carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.

You could sustain a loss of some or all of your invested capital. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. Please read our full Risk Disclaimer before using the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartBotScalper and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Any trading losses, whether direct or indirect
  • Service interruptions or technical failures
  • Delays in trade execution
  • Actions of third-party services (MetaApi, brokers, Mountain Wolf)
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure credentials
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Share your account with third parties
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any active MT5 connections will be disconnected.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Larnaca, Cyprus, except where mandatory consumer protection rules give you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
